One of the favorite chaat, Dahi wade always it lit up the occasion. Here we are preparing Dahi wade Using gagangiri dahi.

Directions
Step 1
Take a 500g urad dal in a bowl.

Fill it with water. Let it soak overnight.

Grind it in a coarse Paste.

We are going to use gagangiri dahi. take a 500g pouch Pack.

Open the pouch and pour it in another bowl.

Take 100 g of sugar and grind it to powder form.

Pour the powdered sugar in dahi and mix it well.

Add a little cumin powder to dahi.

Mix the cumin powder, Powdered sugar and dahi. Keep it aside while we prepare the wade.

Heat oil in a frying pan.

Make small balls of the urad dal paste and fry it.

Keep adding the balls to the oil. Make sure the oil is in medium flame.

Keep frying till its light brown. Don,t Overcook it.
