For veg lovers, paneer bhurji is a dearest recipe. We are here going to make paneer bhurji from gagangiri paneer with green pease and tomatoes.

Step 1

Take the onion, 2 chillies, one tomato and 4 cloves of garlic.

Step 2

Cut tomatoes is small bits.

Step 3

Cut onions in small pieces.

Step 4

Cut chillies in small Pieces.

Step 5

Take gagangiri paneer and a  grater. The soft paneer grates softly, Shread the complete paneer.

Step 6

Take a oil in a poat and heat the oil.

Step 7

Add onions and green chillies. and fry at bit  till the onions becomes soft.

Step 8

Add tomatoes, green pease, salt and chilli powder.

Step 9

Add the grated paneer.

Step 10

Put the stove off. Mix all ingredients well.

Step 11

Empty the recipe in bowl. Enjoy with hot chapatis or parathas.
